Please be aware that by booking a trip with Birdies-Eagles-and-more you agree with the following terms & conditions. 

Booking: 

Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible. You  will get our offer per email, fax or by mail. If you agree, you are  free to book immediately. With the information given we will make the necessary reservations, which you in turn will get to sign and to send back to us.

Once we have your signed reservation we will send you the confirmation/invoice. Please transfer the down payment within the next 7 days and the balance no later than 28 days before take off.

As "intended use" please include your name and the booking number. Cancellations will be dealt with according  to custom and usage.
